The international airline of Iceland is based at Keflavik International Airport (BIKF) and operates mainly B757, B767 and soon B737 aircraft. It flies to airports in Europe and North America.

Air Iceland/Flugfélag Íslands FXIxx “Faxi”


The domestic and regional airline of Iceland is based at Reykjavik Airport (BIRK) with some flights from Keflavik (BIKF), and operates mainly Dash 8 and Fokker 50 aircraft. It flies to other airports in Iceland and to airports in Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Norlandair FNAxxx “Norland”


An Icelandic airline based in Akureyri Airport (BIAR) which flies to airports in northern Iceland and to Eastern Greenland.

Eagle Air/Flugfélagið Ernir FEIxxx “Arctic Eagle”

Felix Goetting

An Icelandic airline based at Reykjavik Airport (BIRK) which flies charter flights to domestic airports in Iceland and to airports in Eastern Greenland.

Atlantic Airways FLIxxx “Faroeline”

Bene Riobó

The international airline of the Faroe Islands flies to destinations in Europe using A319 and A320 aircraft based at Vágar Airport (EKVG).

Air Greenland GRLxxx “Greenland”


The international and domestic airline of Greenland flies to destinations in Europe and North America, as well as operating all domestic services in Greenland. It is based at Søndre Strømfjord Kangerlussuaq Airport (BGSF) and also has bases at Nuuk Airport (BGGH) and Narsarsuaq Airport (BGBW). Aircraft include A330, Dash 8 and Eurocopter AS350.
