COVID Information
We take health very seriously. Therefore we are also taking the proper COVID precautions when we meet on September 11th. Below you can see what we are doing to prevent the spread of the virus

- Every participant for the event is vaccinated against COVID with either a EMA approved vaccine
- Participants are encouraged to present a negative COVID test before the event, as we recognize vaccinated persons can still be infected
- All gouverment regulation and recommendations are being followed
Furthermore
- People are separated by 1.5 metres on stations
- Disinfectant, headset cleaner and wet vipes are accessible at every station
- Individual headsets follow people around their stations to reduce contact
- Air is properly circulated around the room to keep fresh air in.
We do this to ensure our fellow pilots and participants that we take the threat seriously, and that we are taking proper precautions
