New to VATSIM - ATC - Need help getting started

Hi there

I am new to VATSIM and want to learn to manage ATC

 

What i have done so far:

Seen a couple videos on youtube: Basic ATC, setting up Euroscope etc.

I have played around in Euroscope trying to observe what is done - but I'm not too familiar with Euroscope; i kinda get lost when trying to find any active runways

 

What i am looking for:

Someone to spend 10-20 minutes helping me set up Euroscope correctly 

Someone to let me "look over their should" as they guide traffic

And generally any good advice is appreciated

Teamspeak, sometimes Skype or screen streaming(I use OBS via twitch) if there is a need to see the screen.

I actually think i have the problem solved now - Euroscope suggested changes to the .ASR files upon leaving Euroscope, i thought something was broken but t seems that after saving those changes it all work better now - But thanks anyways  

 

Now i'm just going to spend the rest of the night listening to ATC on Euroscope
