Complete GSX Configuration file for Copenhagen [EKCH]

Here are a custom made GSX configuration file to be used for the FlyTampa EKCH. It is not perfect, and some things can be slightly misplaced but most things are there and working. it includes: 

- Custom placed GND services

- Custom SODE Jetways (Level 2)

- Custom electronic lead-in screen (Level 2)

- Custom Pushback to the appropriate start up points for Copenhagen

Hi Lukas 

Great work ! Really missed all the new stop points at EKCH.

What about P1 and Q1 when parken at B or C would be great with an alternative to X

Yes it would be great, the problem is that GSX is still not able to accurately perform Push and Pull out of stands. It is simply impossible. 

But you can now do quick pushbacks configuration which supports it. But for the pre-defined ones, it can only be a push

Just tried it for the first time and I have really missed the correct push back procedures since I left FSX and AES.
