[22 Oct, 13z- ] BIRD Staffing - Cross the Pond Eastbound 2022

Hello all,

With Cross the Pond approaching fast we're starting to look for C1 controllers that would be interested controlling in oceanic airspace for a part of the crossing. We'll be starting the staffing at around 13z.

Please feel free to signup even though you have never controlled BIRD before and we'll get you up and running quickly.

You can check the Reykjavik (VATSIM Scandinavia) box, and if you are not sure what times you are available, maybe due to staffing in other FIRs you can check Other: and then type: Dependant on "xx" staffing.

Hello all, so this is the second version of the roster for tomorrow.

As the sectors are set up, South sectors keep a constant GND - 345 - 365 - ABV split throughout the CTA, if another sector comes online like W1 or E1 they will gain the whole responsibility of that sector until another position like W3 or E3 comes online.

If the splits become a problem (like no traffic in W1 and all the traffic in W3) you can choose on the fly what sectors are best.

W1 and W3 gives a split at FL355

W1 and W2 gives a split at FL345

W2 and W3 gives a split at FL365

W1, W2 and W3 give the splits GND - FL345 - FL365 - ABV

*N1 will not be required for this event.
