The checkout streak is real in Finland – it's time for the third checkout week in a row! This Thursday the 21st of September at 17-20z (20-23lt) Christian Kovanen takes the hot seat on Helsinki Tower to prove his controlling skills to the examiner and earn his long-awaited S2 rating. As usual, we need your help to achieve this; all traffic, be it IFR or VFR, is very much welcome and needed for a successful checkout evening in Finland. You can expect excellent ATC coverage both in Helsinki and in all of Finland with Tampere Radar providing enroute services for those flying domestic or futher afield. Come fly and enjoy busy frequencies and a multitude of TCAS targets before the weekend, all the while helping out our candidate.
