Daunted by the idea of crossing the vast Atlantic or just wish to prepare for your oceanic adventure with some water under your wings? Join us in the north for a Cross the Pond warm up event between Tallinn (EETN) and Helsinki (EFHK) on the day before, 23rd of April at 17-20z.
With a whopping 55 nautical miles of distance and an average flight time of less than 25 minutes, this hop between the two cities by the Baltic Sea is the perfect chance to find your inner transoceanic adventurer without the hassle of oceanic procedures, endless delays or excruciatingly long flight times.
Hops between the two cities are popular for VFR leisure flights, carrying express cargo over the sea and for busy passenger flights carrying commuters and travellers across the bay. With a three-hour event time frame, there's ample time to fly multiple rotations across the bay or, for example, to fly a VFR tour of the area at your own pace. No matter what kind of flight you're looking for, we've got you sorted.
See you in Tallinn and Helsinki!
