TOMORROW Thursday, ICELAND EAST to WEST...Raid des Eskimoos, leg 8... Yes, we are still on our way !!!

Departing Egilsstadir at 19:30Z towards Isafjordur ... Expecting the weather to be fine enough to enjoy the beautiful Icelandic landscapes...

ATC/AFIS will be welcome and any pilot who wishes to join our 25-pilot strong team is welcome as well...

As a quick reporting within the same post (the last, promised Martin), the Raid of Eskimoos, Thursday evening, was very A BIG FUN again... A departure with snow showers, under marginal VFR conditions ! An outside visitor (F14 denominated in Eurofighter) on the way which intercepted some of us, a spectacular and challenging  arrival to BIIS-Isafjordur by the fjord and perfectly self-regulated by Christophe on TS ...in brief, all ingredients for a successful evening!
