Is there any way to filter out so that "C_Flag" does not appear if you are logged on as "APP" or if the plane is not going into my sector?

OR if we can get a list item to do the same thing, that would be the best solution.

If the plane isn't going to enter your sector, it will show the "untagged" tag. Just define those tags without that item.

For leaving the item out based on login callsign, one option is to define a specific tag family to be used and not have the item in it. Another option is to define it in the plugin settings files. For example:

[_APP]
Airspace_C_Flag=

will not show the item for any destination while logged in with a callsign containing "_APP".

But is there a chance to get it as a list item? We try to work with less on the tag = more control on scope

A dedicated list item for that is not likely at this point
