Weather radar troubleshooting (Iceland sector file)

I'm trying to get the TopSky weather radar to work on the Iceland Euroscope sector file, across the BIRD sector. However, no matter what settings I try, I can't ever seem to get a WX return on my radar scope, even when Rainmeter is showing precipitation near where I'm looking.

These are the settings I'm currently using:

WXR_Brightness=30
WXR_Gain=100
WXR_Zoom=2
WXR_Latitude=64
WXR_Latitude_Max=73
WXR_Latitude_Min=61
WXR_Longitude=22.6
WXR_Longitude_Max=63
WXR_Longitude_Min=0

Looks like your longitudes are easterly. Westerly longitudes should be negative.
