GRP: Standlists related to other than call sign

I would like to influence the relative priorities of different stands depending on other data than the call sign. So for example, to plan turboprops more likely on open stands that at finger docks.

There is great potential in the STANDLIST, but it only works for call sign as far as I understand. On the other side, the PRIORITY is does not allow some kind of "randomness" among stands of different priorities.

Would it be possible to extend the possibilities of the STANDLIST feature to allow also other data related to aircraft and flight plan parameters (including SCHENGEN/NON-SCHENGEN, because there are more and more gates which can accept both, but it would be nice if they can be assigned more likely to NON-SCHENGEN flights)?
