Donations Report

It has now been roughly a year since I assumed the position of Director and it seems it is time to publish the donations reports for the past 2 years. All donations received go towards funding our services as stated on the donation page. At the moment the running costs consist of 2 domains (vatsim-scandinavia.org and vatsca.org), a small VPS from contabo (Forums/Website + CC and all other services we run) and the Forums/Website software from Invision. Both domains cost 15.16 USD/year, the VPS is 59.88 EUR/year (4.99 EUR/month) and Invision charges 120 USD/year (60 USD/6 months). Both domains have just been extended until 2024 and the VPS has been paid for the rest of this year. The next Invision renewal is coming up on 30 March for 60 USD and again in September for another 60 USD, which means with our current balance of 143.28 EUR we can cover all of our costs until 2023. Some people with good mental math might have noticed that this means in 2023 we will have 23.28 EUR on our account barring any new donations. If you have any spare change laying around, consider donating us some to guarantee that we can still keep providing all these services in 2023.

Attached are the actual reports with all donations and purchases listed. Note that the 2021 report is still ongoing and will terminate in March.
