You have to create several rule definitions, a "generic" INITIAL_CFL and "special" INITIAL_CFL, preceded by CFL_SID or CFL_VIA or any other rule. Until the necessary information is available - I don't know when this will happen or even if it will ever happen, the only working RDF mode is all frequencies (2).
