Wygene Chong
Keflavik International Airport (BIKF) is the largest and busiest airport in Iceland, serving exclusively international traffic to the island country in the middle of the North Atlantic. On 23rd January 2016 between 18z and 21z, we invite you to depart from Keflavik in style, with controllers covering both the international airport and the Icelandic radar corridor between Norway and Canada. Enjoy extensive ATC coverage, combined with our unique radar-assisted oceanic service. That means you get to practice oceanic clearances on the ground, but you can fly in peace enroute without position reports! Common destinations within range include airports in Europe and North America, but you can fly as far as Asia if you have the fuel! Visit our website for full pilot information. We look forward to seeing you, and your friends, at BIKF on 23rd January
Wygene Chong
Thank you to everyone who attended the Iceland Regional Day yesterday. We're now gearing up for the Iceland International Night, due to take place in just under two week's time, when you can swap your light aircraft for the big jets and fly off to destinations around the globe. Be there on 23rd January and bring your friends!

Wygene Chong
Thanks to all who controlled and flew... I had no idea it was going to be an arrivals night! Between 18 and 22z: 3 departures | 24 arrivals Next event is the FNO on 5th Feb, between 23z and 0400z so get your mug of coffee (or beer) ready for some midnight chaos! This week's FNO at KMSP in the US had over 100 movements so hopefully we'll have enough ATC for our version!
