Have tried some times now but it ends up with an error message and topsky is unloaded when hitting ok. Clicking the "FPL..." item in the menu opens the FPL Window as expected for both radar and flight plan tracks, so the issue appears to be either situation or setup specific. If you can replicate it consistently (likely setup specific then), try to adjust your setup to find the smallest difference from the plugin's default state that still causes it.
