Apologies if this already exists, I had a look through the Excel spreadsheet of settings but couldn’t find anything. Is there any way, and if not could a way be added, to set an altitude filter by default?

E.g., to have a lower limit of 500ft & not pick up stray tracks on the ground. Or, for example, under the header [BIRD_3_CTR], there is a default altitude filter set to FL335-355 (so when controllers log onto that sector, they only see aircraft within their vertical split).

IRL COOPANS will default to 000-999 (no filter) when a sector is forst opened.

That would be extremely dangerous. You need to see aircraft around your sector so you know what's going on.

Fair point, I retract that example.
