Jonathan Fong (1308253)
Apologies if this already exists, I had a look through the Excel spreadsheet of settings but couldn’t find anything. Is there any way, and if not could a way be added, to set an altitude filter by default? E.g., to have a lower limit of 500ft & not pick up stray tracks on the ground. Or, for example, under the header [BIRD_3_CTR], there is a default altitude filter set to FL335-355 (so when controllers log onto that sector, they only see aircraft within their vertical split). Jonathan Hougaard (1457572)
IRL COOPANS will default to 000-999 (no filter) when a sector is forst opened. Quote Or, for example, under the header [BIRD_3_CTR], there is a default altitude filter set to FL335-355 (so when controllers log onto that sector, they only see aircraft within their vertical split). That would be extremely dangerous. You need to see aircraft around your sector so you know what's going on.
