Changes in the Event Department

For quite a while now, the Event Department has had some difficulties managing the immense workload of handling events for the whole vACC with just one or two staff members. This high workload has resulted in the department not being able to fully support each country on the level that is required. It has also resulted in an unreasonably high turnaround of staff.

To fix the situation, we have decided to restructure the department completely. The Event Coordinator will still be responsible for the whole department, but he will only manage events for a single country. He will appoint regional assistants to manage events for the other countries. This should make the position much more manageable and result in more and better events all round. To keep it simple the Event Coordinator will always be the first point of contact from the outside.

Together with the restructuring, @Henrik Sonstebo (1203470) is leaving the department. Henrik will still continue being the Data Protection Officer. Assistant Event Coordinator @Max Kuhla (1157125) is taking over as the Event Coordinator. Max will make a separate announcement about the regional assistant positions.
