[5 May | 1500-1830z] ATC Request: Simfest "May the 4th be with you" event

We have received an ATC staffing request for Simfest's "May the 4th be with you" event. They will be flying a leg from ENBR to BIAR on 5 May 2024 and have requested supporting ATC.

Simfest will be departing ENBR 1500z and arriving at 1725z, and various other aircraft are expected to fly along as well, so we will be staffing up within the window 1500-1830z to try and accommodate all traffic.

Primary event positions:

• BIRD_S1_CTR
• BIAR_TWR (can log on at ~1530z)
• BIRD_E1_CTR (can log off at ~1730z once all traffic is out of East sector)

Secondary positions:

• BIKF_APP
• BIKF_TWR
• BIRK_TWR
• EKVG_I_TWR

Staffing is first-come first-serve, please reserve your positions in CC and reply in this thread noting what you have booked (e.g., "BIAR_TWR booked, full event")
