New Constitution is active after amendments enforced by VATEUD

VATSIM Scandinavia has now ended the process regarding it´s constitution and I am pleased that the constitution now reflects the ideology from our members and also it´s fully working regarding the day to day business and higher regulations stated by parent organisations (VATSIM/VATEUR/VATEUD).

It has been amendments in the constitution compared to the presented proposal of amendment of the constitution thread:

 

This is due the process according to http://www.vateud.net/operations/policy-and-regulations 3§, where it´s stated "A vACC policy, or any changes there to, needs to be approved by VATEUD Director and VATEUD Deputy Director. "

I have decided after discussion with the board, to not start an new announcement of proposed amendments of the constitution for 14 days after amendments enforced by VATEUD to approve our new constitution. 

Required amendments of the constitution enforced by VATEUD are:

• 4.2) Removed:Information of the refusal will be appended to the permanent VATSIM membership record of the member.
• 4.4) Removed:“the membersip of any member of VATSIM Scandinavia” and “Information on the suspension will be appended to the VATSIM membership record of the member.”
• 4.5.2) Removed:“Information on the exclusion will be appended to the permanent VATSIM Membership record of the member.”

These amendments was required, due the fact that VATSIM Scandinavia have no right request any information to be appended to VATSIM membership record.
